How could I stop listening to this stellar album for so long? There is no excuse for that. One of the best death metal albums ever. It is so beautifully crushing and uniquely dark. This album breathes Lovecraft in every detail and the horror dwells lurkingly beneath the sea wherever you put your ears. Pounding drums, demonic vocals and otherworldly guitar work combined with each other by some of the most skillful songwriting you may ever have witnessed. mourner
